About Us

We're a local Callington-based team with over 15 years’ experience in house clearances across Cornwall.

After working for larger firms, I set up my own service because I wanted to offer a more personal, respectful, and reliable experience for local families.

We are fully licensed, insured, and committed to responsible disposal with maximum recycling. Whether it’s a standard house clearance, probate, bereavement, or hoarder clearance — you’re in safe hands.
