Fast Answers
Is rubbish removal cheaper than a skip?
Usually yes — no skip permit, no hire period, and you only pay for what we actually take.
Can you collect today?
Same-day and next-day collection is available across Callington and PL17, subject to availability.
What counts as general rubbish?
Household waste, DIY debris, old furniture, appliances, bagged waste and mixed junk — one item or a full load.
Do I need to sort it first?
No — hand it to us as-is. We sort, recycle and dispose of it correctly at our end.

Rubbish Removal in Callington & Surrounding Areas
Cornwall Council's household waste site nearest to Callington has limited van access and fixed opening hours, which catches a lot of residents out when they've got a boot full of rubbish and nowhere to take it. We collect directly from your property instead, at a time that suits you, without a trip to the tip.
We regularly clear DIY leftovers from renovation projects around Kelly Bray and Golberdon, post-house-move rubbish in the new estates near Granite Road, and general household waste build-up across the older terraces near the town centre. Whatever the source, if it needs to go, we'll take it.
Areas covered: Callington, Kelly Bray, Golberdon, Stoke Climsland, South Hill, Bray Shop and the wider Cornwall coast.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is rubbish removal priced compared to a skip?
By load size, from £60 for a single item to £350 for a full van load — usually cheaper than skip hire once permits and hire periods are factored in.
Can you take a single large item?
Yes — single-item collections start from £60, whether it's a sofa, mattress or old appliance.
Do you offer same-day rubbish collection in Callington?
Yes, subject to availability. Call 01579 516221 to check today's slots.
What can't you take?
Most household and general waste is fine. Certain hazardous or chemical waste may need special handling — ask when you call.
Is this the same as a full house clearance?
No — rubbish removal is for waste and junk loads. For clearing an entire property, see our House Clearance service.
