Fast Answers
How does wait and load work?
We bring the van, you load it yourself at your own pace, and once you're done we take everything away.
Why is this cheaper than a full clearance?
You do the loading, so you're paying for the van, disposal and waiting time — not labour to carry items for you.
Is there a time limit?
A set amount of waiting time is included; extra time is charged simply by the quarter-hour if you need longer.
Who is this best for?
Anyone able-bodied enough to load their own items and wanting to save on labour costs versus a full-service clearance.

Wait & Load in Callington & Surrounding Areas
Not every job needs a full clearance team — sometimes you've already sorted and bagged what needs to go, and just need a van and somewhere for it to end up. This is especially common after a weekend of decluttering in the terraces near the town centre, or a DIY project in the newer estates around Granite Road, where residents have done the hard part themselves.
We keep waiting slots flexible around Callington, Kelly Bray and Golberdon, and can extend on the day if loading takes longer than expected — no need to guess the exact time in advance.
Areas covered: Callington, Kelly Bray, Golberdon, Stoke Climsland, South Hill, Bray Shop and the wider Cornwall coast.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much waiting time is included?
Standard bookings include 30 minutes, extended bookings include 60 minutes. Extra time is £10 per 15 minutes.
What if I'm not finished loading in time?
No problem — we simply extend by the quarter-hour rather than rushing you or driving off.
Can you help lift anything heavy?
Occasional help with a heavy item is fine — for full loading assistance throughout, our Man with Van service is a better fit.
Is wait and load cheaper than a full clearance?
Yes, typically — you're not paying for loading labour, only the van, driver and disposal.
Can I book same day?
Yes, subject to availability. Call 01579 516221 to check today's slots.
